About the Role

Wilson Architects Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company's marketing efforts, with regular input in campaigns, social media presence, and lead generation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administrative:
    • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing phone calls, emails, and aiding the design team with organizational tasks.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication to clients.
    • Control and manage in-house project management software.
  • Marketing:
    • Help maintain and update the company website and social media profiles.
    • Assist with scheduling and creation of social media posts and content.
    • Produce marketing campaigns and content with assistance from the design team.
    • Direct communication with potential leads predominantly on social media.
    • Communication with existing clients for regular updates and potential opportunities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administrative and/or marketing roles is necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and self-review skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of the architectural industry is preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience with marketing tools desired but not essential (Mailchimp, Photoshop, social media platforms).
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and creative person would suit this role ideally.
