DNV Inspection UK is in search of an Inspection Coordinator to oversee essential inspection activities. This position entails managing daily inspection operations while fostering strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and DNV.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client requirements and Requests for Inspection (RFI)
  • Identify and select qualified inspectors for service requests
  • Present inspectors' qualifications and proposals to clients
  • Track and manage approval workflows
  • Ensure all necessary authorizations are secured before project execution
  • Coordinate the mobilization and scheduling of inspectors
  • Review and deliver inspection reports to clients promptly
  • Collaborate with technical experts as necessary
  • Facilitate internal invoicing procedures
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, inspectors, vendors, and DNV offices
  • Utilize management tools for operational oversight
  • Assist with Pre-Payment Certificates (PPCs) as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Inspection Coordinator is essential
  • Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas sector and QA/QC services is crucial
  • Experience in Windfarm and/or Renewable energy inspections is advantageous
  • A technical engineering background is beneficial
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
  • Experience with international projects in the Oil and Gas or Renewables sector is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
