Exciting Opportunity for a Permanent Recruitment Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Permanent Recruitment Branch Manager to join our market-leading agency in Hull. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of successful Consultants and Resourcers, driving business growth, and developing a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead from the front to develop business alongside your team
  • Develop and implement branch sales plans to deliver required results
  • Add to your headcount to build the best possible team
  • Conduct regular 121s and team briefs
  • Recognise employee achievements and encourage excellence
  • Motivate the team to gain the highest possible outcomes
  • Work to ensure all staff receive the best possible development
  • Evaluate team and individual performance
  • Interact with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Requirements:
  • A successful billing record in agency recruitment, preferably in the education sector
  • Experience managing a team of Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers
  • Confident and resilient personality
  • Able to build rapport and strong communication skills
  • Great organisational skills and flawless work ethic
  • Ability to nurture relationships
  • Knowledge of the education recruitment market
