About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to lead our recruitment team and drive our branch to success. As a Permanent Recruitment Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for a team of successful Consultants and Resourcers, with the full support and guidance of senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of recruitment consultants and resourcers to achieve sales targets and drive branch growth
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
