Recruitment Branch Manager Position

TeacherActive is a leading provider of supply teachers and teaching support staff in the UK, renowned for our high-quality service and 19 years of experience.
We are seeking an experienced Permanent Recruitment Branch Manager to join our Hull office and contribute to our growth plans.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary range of £43,000 - £63,000, plus uncapped commission and bonuses.
As a billing Branch Manager, you will lead a team of successful Consultants and Resourcers, with the support of senior management. You will be responsible for driving the branch to its full potential, motivating and developing the team, and implementing sales plans to deliver results.
The role involves:
- Leading from the front to develop business alongside your team
- Developing and implementing branch sales plans
- Adding to your headcount to build the best possible team
- Conducting regular sales and operations meetings
- Recognising employee achievements and encouraging excellence
- Motivating the team to gain the highest possible outcomes
- Working to ensure all staff receive the best possible development
- Evaluating team and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching
- Interacting with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- A successful billing record in agency recruitment, preferably in the education sector
- Experience managing a team of Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers
- Confident and resilient personality
- Able to build rapport and strong communication skills
- Great organisational skills and flawless work ethic
- Ability to nurture relationships
- Knowledge of the education recruitment market
