Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of successful Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers
  • Develop and implement branch sales plans to deliver required results
  • Add to headcount to build the best possible team
  • Conduct regular 121s and team briefs
  • Motivate the team to gain the highest possible outcomes
  • Ensure all staff receive the best possible development
  • Evaluate team and individual performance
  • Interact with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
