Key Responsibilities
  • HR Guidance and Support: Provide expert HR guidance to senior management, ensuring that they are equipped to make informed decisions that drive business success.
  • HR Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Employee Engagement and Relations: Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage employee relations, including performance management, capability, disciplinary hearings, and absence management.
  • HR Training and Development: Develop and deliver HR training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the needs of the business.
  • HR Operations and Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including HR software and systems, and ensure that all HR-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as an HR Advisor in a senior capacity, with a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Qualifications: Fully MCIPD qualified (Level 5) or equivalent, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in HR software and systems, and the ability to work both independently and in teams.
