Job Title: HR Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at SGS. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. You will be responsible for providing HR guidance to management, implementing effective HR policies and procedures, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

* Provide HR guidance to management on employee relations, performance management, and case management.
* Implement effective HR policies and procedures to drive employee engagement and retention.
* Manage employee relations, including investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
* Stay updated with employment laws and regulations and HR best practices.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a related field.
* Fully CIPD qualified (Level 5) or equivalent.
* Notable experience in employee relations, case management, performance management, capability, disciplinary hearings, and absence management.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in HR software and systems.
