Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Assistant. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a range of cleaning activities, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuum cleaning, emptying bins, and cleaning washrooms/toilets.
  • Take initiative to perform cleaning and tidying tasks that are not specifically contained within the rota but require attention to maintain overall high standards.
  • Ensure Health & Safety, quality, and general procedure compliance.
  • Work as part of a team and support other members of the cleaning team to meet standards and objectives.
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
  • Comply with all Health and Safety procedures associated with the department at all times.

Requirements

  • Good attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Reliability and responsibility with a flexible approach to work
  • Days, nights, and weekends availability
  • Previous experience in a similar role
