Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a range of cleaning activities, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuum cleaning, emptying bins, and cleaning washrooms/toilets.
  • Take initiative to perform cleaning and tidying tasks that are not specifically contained within the rota but require attention as part of maintaining overall high standards.
  • Ensure Health & Safety, quality, and general procedure compliance.
  • Work as part of a team and support other members of the cleaning team to meet standards and objectives.
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
  • Comply with all Health and Safety procedures associated with the department at all times.

Requirements:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Reliability and responsibility with a flexible approach to work
  • Days, Nights & Weekends Availability
  • Previous experience in a similar role
