About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Assistant at Avery Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and laundry are maintained in our care homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out all cleaning duties in accordance with our standard operating procedures, ensuring hotel service standards are maintained.
  • Operate with a focus on resident dignity and respect, ensuring their personal space and belongings are always respected.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all areas are well-presented and maintained in good condition.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality housekeeping and laundry services to our residents. You will also need to have knowledge of Health and Safety, particularly Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments.

We are looking for someone who is adaptable, flexible, and able to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice. If you are a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, we would love to hear from you.
