Job Opportunity: Adult Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Support Worker to join our team at a Worcester-based service that provides support to adults with autism in a group home setting.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality care and support to adults with autism, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Implement care plans and work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Support service users with their daily routines, including medication management and appointment scheduling.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS (on the update service)
- Experience implementing care plans
- Care/Support experience (6 months minimum)
