About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Colleague at St Edmunds Cornhill Express. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks appealing and inviting to customers.
  • Participate in stock management, including receiving and processing stock deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Support colleagues during busy periods, providing cover for absences and ensuring that the store runs smoothly.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to develop skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
