Your Responsibilities:

In the capacity of a Branch Operations Coordinator, you will report directly to the Branch Manager.

Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing our clients' needs. This involves fostering strong relationships, resolving inquiries, and providing guidance on delivery options and logistics.

You will also oversee inventory management, including picking and packing tasks.

As a collaborative team member, you may be called upon to support the Managed Inventory Representative as needed, thus a valid UK driving license is essential. You will be engaged in continuous improvement initiatives, sharing best practices with colleagues, and supporting the Field Sales Team and other key departments.

What You Need to Succeed:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Experience in a multi-channel environment, particularly in Customer Service or Sales.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with numerical proficiency.
  • Essential: Full UK Driving License.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring effective use of time and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
  • Consistent focus on customer satisfaction, delivering quality and accuracy under pressure.
  • Act as an ambassador for the RS brand, ensuring a seamless and progressive experience for customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to build rapport and actively listen to customer needs.
  • Skills in negotiation and influencing others.
  • Capability to identify sales opportunities for growth.
  • Familiarity with web navigation and social media platforms.
  • Broad business knowledge to support various aspects of branch operations.
