Operations Role Overview

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity to work with our diverse customer base, including General and Commercial Operators. As Operations Officer, you'll be the face of our business, delivering world-class service and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service to passengers, visitors, and crew.
  • Run our Operations Department, responding to customer queries, booking flights, and liaising with airlines and brokers.
  • Carry out ramp services as required, providing assistance to Flight Crew and Passengers.
  • Liaise with ground handling services, ensuring compliance with airport authority, UK Border Force, and Special Branch requirements.
  • Raise and process invoices, assisting customers and suppliers with invoicing queries.
  • Ensure VIP lounge areas are maintained, upholding the highest level of cleanliness and presentation.

About You:

  • You'll have excellent interpersonal skills, be IT literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Additional languages are desirable, and a valid driving licence is required.
