Job Title: Close Out Coordinator

Job Summary:

Mane Contract Services is seeking a highly skilled Close Out Coordinator to join our team. As a Close Out Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects by coordinating with project teams and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with client engineering procedures, industry standards, and international regulations.
  • Provide input to weekly progress and planning meetings to ensure project goals are met.
  • Ensure appropriate budget exists for close out work and maintain accurate records.
  • Familiarity with process, electrical, and instrument drawing practices.
  • Ensure compliance with client drawing procedures and maintain a drawing register.
  • Liaise with project teams and engineers as required to ensure project completion.
  • Self-check all drawings produced to ensure accuracy against mark-up.

Requirements:

  • Diligence with meeting action/close out deadlines.
  • Good understanding of close out requirements and project completion processes.
  • Previous experience of client drawing management systems would be advantageous.
  • Excellent finisher qualities with a strong attention to detail.
