Job Summary:

Mane Contract Services is seeking a skilled Close Out Coordinator to join our team. As a Close Out Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects by coordinating with project teams and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with engineering procedures and industry standards
  • Providing input to weekly progress and planning meetings
  • Ensuring appropriate budget exists for close out work
  • Familiarity with process, electrical, and instrument drawing practices
  • Ensuring compliance with drawing procedures
  • Liaising with project teams and engineers as required
  • Maintaining a drawing register
  • Self-checking all drawings produced to ensure accuracy against mark-up

Requirements:

  • Diligence in meeting action and close out deadlines
  • Good understanding of close out requirements
  • Previous experience of client drawing management systems would be advantageous
  • Strong finishing qualities
