Job Summary:

Lloyd's Register is seeking a skilled Global Benefits Manager to join their team. As a key member of the global People team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative benefits programs that cater to a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global benefits strategies that align with the company's values and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance
  • Work with external stakeholders to ensure competitive benefits and market-leading practices
  • Lead global benefits reviews and develop communication materials to engage employees
  • Manage benefits administration processes and support budgeting needs

Requirements:

  • Experience in designing and implementing global benefits programs
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with external providers
  • Knowledge of compliance and market competitiveness
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Technical proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with global benefits programs
  • Strong multitasking and vendor management skills
  • Global organization experience and effective networking
