About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Customer-Centric Benefit Initiatives: Create data-led benefit initiatives that deliver appropriate outcomes for colleagues, ensuring a Total Reward Experience that meets their needs.
  • Manage Educational and Engagement Programs: Identify opportunities to educate colleague segments, manage and deliver education and engagement programs throughout the performance cycle, and partner with the L&D team to build a Total Reward learning journey integrated throughout business activities.
  • Lead Change and Risk Management: Guide the business through change and risk management, enhancing organisational performance and supporting strategic business aspirations.
  • Advise on Flexible Benefit Offerings: Ensure the Reward team has the critical tools and capabilities to deliver Total Reward education and training, and advise the business to deliver compliant and evolving flexible benefit offerings.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Benefit Markets and Regulatory Frameworks: Maintain a deep understanding of benefit markets and regulatory frameworks, and use this expertise to inform total reward strategies.
Requirements
  • Technical Benefit Knowledge: Expertise in building and delivering engagement and education initiatives to enhance the total reward experience.
  • Business Strategy and Performance Drivers: Proficient in business strategy and performance drivers, with the ability to use data and insights to advocate for total reward changes.
  • Continuous Learning and Thought Leadership: A continuous learner and thought leader, capable of coaching and knowledge sharing.
