Job Title: Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team at Cielo. As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and leading content strategy to drive business results and support our employer brand.

About the Role

The Content Strategist will work closely with our Creative Team to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and conversion. You will be responsible for creating and implementing content plans that align with our business objectives and support our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead content strategy to drive business results and support our employer brand
  • Work closely with our Creative Team to develop and execute content strategies
  • Create and implement content plans that align with our business objectives
  • Partner with our Digital Team to develop and execute content solutions across our website and social media channels
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and oversee performance to optimize content and channel plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, required
  • Master's degree, preferred
  • 3-7+ years agency, employer brand, or relevant experience
  • Relevant marketing and digital vocational training, required
  • Extensive experience in delivering content strategy for employer brand, marketing and communications programs required
