Overview

Clarges Mayfair is a prestigious residential establishment featuring 34 luxury apartments that provide exceptional lifestyle amenities with stunning views of Green Park.

We are seeking a dedicated Concierge Assistant to support our Concierge Host and the entire team in delivering exemplary service to our residents. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks including arranging transportation, managing deliveries, overseeing the concierge desk, assisting residents, maintaining logs, escorting contractors, and performing cleaning duties.

The Concierge Assistant is expected to uphold the highest standards of customer service and care for all residents and clients, adhering to established service protocols. A proactive and engaged approach is essential, ensuring that every resident's request is addressed swiftly and effectively, with a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide a warm, welcoming reception for all residents and visitors upon arrival.
  2. Engage positively with residents, colleagues, visitors, clients, and service providers to foster trust and ensure a seamless service experience.
  3. Assist residents at the entrance, whether arriving or departing, which may include arranging taxis, handling packages and luggage, offering umbrellas, or valeting vehicles when applicable.
  4. Anticipate resident needs, follow up on requests, and ensure that expectations are met or surpassed by delivering personalized service.
  5. Respond to inquiries at the Concierge desk, offering recommendations for local dining and businesses.
  6. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of service and building management.
  7. Recognize and accommodate cultural differences to meet the specific needs of residents.
  8. Establish connections with local attractions, restaurants, and businesses to enhance the resident experience.
  9. Maintain a comprehensive daily log for incidents, resident requests, and shift transitions.
  10. Collaborate with the Housekeeping team as necessary.
  11. Encourage and inspire colleagues to excel, take ownership of tasks, and contribute ideas for improvements.
  12. Exhibit reliability, flexibility, integrity, and serve as a strong representative of Clarges Mayfair.
  13. Adhere to safety and security protocols to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.

Work Schedule

12-hour shifts from 8am to 8pm, following a 4 days on, 4 days off rotation.

Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the UK and possess fluency in English, both spoken and written.
