Senior Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our client's team in London and the home counties. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading property developer on high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction programmes, including drafting and agreeing subcontractor programmes.
  • Ensure a steady flow of design information, hosting regular design coordination meetings and communicating with design stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, negotiating and awarding work packages to subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager.
  • At least 15 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Strong knowledge of M+E, Steel Frame, and RC construction.
  • Excellent programme management and health and safety qualifications.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong IT skills.
