Air Conditioning Engineer

At SER Limited, we are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Bias Building Services Engineer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and breakdown of air conditioning plant in offices, warehouses, call centres, and depots for one of our main clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Air Conditioning Service, Maintenance, and Breakdown, as well as experience in dealing with building services maintenance such as legionella, water flushing, and plant room maintenance.
This is a mobile position, and we require a full UK driving licence. The successful candidate will be based in a commutable location to the Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire area.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out air conditioning service, maintenance, and breakdown tasks
- Deal with building services maintenance such as legionella, water flushing, and plant room maintenance
- Work with a range of clients to provide a high-quality service
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning and building services maintenance
- Experience in dealing with building services maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- FGas certificate
- Additional qualifications an advantage
- Excellent basic salary
