We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Night Care Manager at Rossendale House Care Home. As a Night Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the night shift, supervising a team of Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of resident night routines.
- Ensure care plans are followed and residents are safe and well cared for throughout the night.
- Manage and lead the night care team, making decisions in the best interest of our residents and seeking assistance when required.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in care, preferably in a care home setting.
- Ability to work three on and three shifts off on a rolling rota basis.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage the night care team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
