Executive Assistant to CEO - Hybrid Role

A leading global asset management firm is in search of an outstanding Executive Assistant to establish a strong partnership with their CEO.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in supporting C-Suite executives, showcasing exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to excellence.

This role is fundamental to the operational success of the organization and the CEO's effectiveness. You will be part of a vibrant and inclusive workplace that rewards achievement and fosters growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, focusing primarily on business matters with occasional personal assistance.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, investors, board members, and colleagues.
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper for the CEO.
  • Manage an extensive calendar and schedule.
  • Oversee all aspects of meeting management, including drafting agendas, collaborating with team members to ensure the CEO has all necessary materials, and following up on action items.
  • Handle all communications, including calls and correspondence, drafting responses or escalating issues as needed.
  • Coordinate internal approval processes.
  • Assist with annual financial tasks, including tax returns and billing.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants within the organization to enhance the support function.

Essential Skills:

  • At least 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite executives, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Exceptional written communication skills in English, with a keen eye for grammar and detail.
  • Experience in preparing for board meetings and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
  • Proficient in document management, including formatting, editing, and maintaining version control.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of organization.
  • Dependable, with excellent recall and a calm, friendly demeanor.
  • Proactive, capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • A strong educational background, ideally at the degree level or equivalent.
