Pastoral Teaching Assistant - Student Mentor Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Pastoral Teaching Assistant - Student Mentor in a holistic school in Ealing, London. As a key member of the education team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a variety of SEN / SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with a range of SEN / SEMH needs, working closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans.
  • Mentor and support students, using your knowledge and experience to help them develop and achieve their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the education team to ensure a consistent and supportive approach to student care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures related to student support and well-being.
Requirements:
  • 1st Class/2:1 in a Social Sciences Degree.
  • Strong Academic Record.
  • Experience working with children/young people.
