Join Our Team as a Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Manager to join our team at Thomas Gray. As a key member of our property development team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of our mixed-use schemes, incorporating residential, BTR/PRS, later living, retail space, commercial offices, and light industrial units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize returns on investment
  • Source and secure commercial partners for retail and commercial space, leveraging your entrepreneurial approach and proven track record of sourcing commercial partners
  • Collaborate with our asset management team to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, ensuring a placemaking mindset is at the forefront of all developments
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial partners, investors, and local authorities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property development, with a strong track record of delivering mixed-use schemes
  • Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and implement effective commercial strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
