We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our team at Specialist Recruit Limited. As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting our Conveyancing Fee Earners with a range of secretarial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents, including contracts, completion statements, and property searches, in collaboration with Fee Earners.
  • Verbal and written communication with clients, estate agents, and third-party stakeholders involved in the conveyancing process.
  • Diary management and scheduling, including venue-finding and preparations for meetings and appointments.
  • Document management of files, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
  • Processing documents such as billing, invoicing, and post-completion documents.
