Monika Hill Legal Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join our busy property team in Dorking. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the expanding team.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload consisting of a mix of residential property matters, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages, and New Build developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload from instruction through to completion.

• Draft and approve various legal documentation.

• Ensure all post-completion formalities are dealt with.

• Conduct legal research where appropriate.

• Provide a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice.

• Attend to clients of the Firm on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Residential Conveyancing fee-earning experience essential, with at least 2 years PQE +.

• Proven track record of meeting targets.

• Solid legal knowledge within the conveyancing process.

What We Offer:

• Monday to Friday - Office-based role.

• Salary depending on experience - up to £60,000.

• 20 days holiday, Bank Holidays, and Christmas Period.
