We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our property team in Dorking. This is an excellent opportunity to expand our team.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload consisting of a mix of residential property matters to include freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages and New Build developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload from instruction through to completion.
  • Drafting and approving various legal documentation.
  • Ensuring all post completion formalities are dealt with.
  • Conduct legal research where appropriate.
  • Providing a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice.
  • Attending to clients on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience essential at least 2 years' PQE +.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Solid legal knowledge within the conveyancing process.

What We Offer:

  • Monday - Friday - Office based role.
  • Salary depending on experience - up to £60,000.
