Job Title: Lecturer in Counselling

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lecturer in Counselling to join our team at OnlyFE. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment on our Counselling programmes.

About the Role

The Lecturer in Counselling will be responsible for:

  • Delivering effective teaching, learning, and assessment at undergraduate level across the FdA and BA (hons) Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy programmes.
  • Supporting students completing these programmes, as well as being flexible and willing to teach on other programmes within the school.
  • Maintaining and developing the curriculum to ensure relevance to Counselling and the wider links related industry organisations as required.
  • Engaging with students using a variety of learning and teaching modes, including face-to-face and blended learning on full, part-time, and short courses.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 12 months teaching experience in Counselling based subjects (excluding experience gained during your teaching qualification).
  • Three years' experience in a Counselling role.
