Job SummaryWe are seeking a Seasonal Customer Care Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis over the holiday period. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care across all channels, including telephone, email, live chat, and social media.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a unique and personal service to customers
- Communicate with customers across all channels
- Respond to customer queries within agreed response times
- Handle customer queries across different platforms
- Build relationships with customers and use initiative when dealing with queries
- Liaise with the warehouse team and couriers to resolve any order issues
- Work closely with stores and other head office departments
- Proven experience working in a customer-facing role
- Confident and comfortable telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Brilliantly organised and a great multi-tasker
