Our Staffordshire facility is dedicated to assembling customized systems and packages tailored to meet the diverse needs of the building services, civil/structural, and wastewater sectors.
With decades of experience, we are committed to delivering efficient and reliable drainage and sewage solutions, supporting consultants in their design processes.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and adaptable Service Repair and Maintenance Pump Engineer to become part of our team. This role involves working remotely, covering London and its surrounding areas, with opportunities for overtime at premium rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work effectively in construction site environments.
- Disconnect and remove pumps, meticulously documenting all maintenance and repairs, including the installation of floats, stepping relays, and general upkeep of components.
- Conduct refurbishments and upgrades of pump stations.
- Utilize volt and ohmmeters to take precise measurements and readings.
- Interpret both mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Complete timesheets, job sheets, van stock, and expense reports promptly.
- Operate in confined spaces (training will be provided if necessary).
- Work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Exhibit flexibility to work outside of standard hours as needed.
The role requires a valid driving license and CSCS certification.
