Job Title: Contract and Delivery Manager

As a key member of our team at Integral UK LTD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our PFI/PPP contracts. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our Account Director and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with the requirements of the FM and Project Agreements, as well as all statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise revenue and profit opportunities through robust deduction management, effective deployment of direct labour, procurement gains, and the development of an appropriate lifecycle strategy.
  • Manage the operational delivery of the PFI contract, taking accountability for operational performance and financial results.
  • Ensure customer-focused service delivery and contractual compliance.
  • Develop site-specific policies and operational procedures that align with our company's value framework and meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Liaise with client representatives to establish positive, constructive relationships based on long-term partnerships.
  • Manage and develop staff to ensure a positive employment culture, effective training strategies, and high retention levels.
  • Monitor performance and provide formal monthly reports to the client and Account Director, confirming compliance with contract requirements and identifying issues for discussion.
  • Practice effective risk management, establishing controls, procedures, health and safety systems, and audits to ensure services comply with legislation and contingency plans are in place.
  • Report on P&L performance on a monthly and YTD basis, taking full accountability to deliver to budget, minimise aged debt, and actively recover WIP in line with agreed timescales.
