Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract and Delivery Manager to join our team at Integral UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the requirements of the FM and Project Agreements, as well as statutory regulations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Account Director and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with FM and Project Agreements.
  • Maximise revenue and profit opportunities through robust deduction management and effective deployment of direct labour.
  • Manage the operational delivery of the PFI contract, taking accountability for operational performance and financial results.
  • Ensure customer-focused service delivery and contractual compliance.
  • Develop site-specific policies and operational procedures that fit with the company's value framework and match the requirements of the client.

Requirements

  • Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Concept/Vixen.
  • Ability to manage and develop staff, ensuring a positive employment culture and effective training strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to monitor performance and provide formal monthly reports to the client and Account Director.
