Job Title: Contract Delivery Manager

As a Contract Delivery Manager at Integral UK Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our PFI/PPP contracts. You will work closely with our Account Director and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operational delivery of PFI contracts, taking accountability for performance and financial results.
  • Develop and implement lifecycle strategies to maximize revenue and profit opportunities.
  • Ensure customer-focused service delivery and contractual compliance.
  • Manage contract budgets in a cost-effective manner, ensuring value for money is achieved.
  • Report on P&L performance and take full accountability to deliver to budget.
Requirements:
  • A technical background and industry-relevant qualifications.
  • High-level administration and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop good stakeholder relationships.
  • Prior experience within the PFI/PPP sector is desired.
  • Experience of working within an NHS/Education environment is desired.
