Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our innovative Virtual Ward team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to children and young people in their homes, using a combination of face-to-face visits, telephone contact, and video calls.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking team, using cutting-edge technology to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital admissions. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement disease-specific pathways, and provide education and support to patients and families.
