Job Description

Programme Essentials

To be eligible for this internship, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Currently be an undergraduate studying at University and applying for a Placement year in your 2nd or final year
  • Graduating from your undergraduate degree in Summer 2025
  • Looking for employment after completing A-Levels or equivalent course or an Apprenticeship

In addition, you must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship.

What will I be doing?

You will work as part of NBCUniversal's international Employment and Labour Law team, supporting the team with various tasks and projects.

With the Employment Law team, you will gain a unique insight into how NBCUniversal approaches diversity, equality, and inclusivity, and how we empower colleagues to voice concerns so that we can investigate and effect real change within our businesses and on Film & TV productions.

What will I learn from this opportunity?

You will gain an invaluable insight into the fast-paced world of media and entertainment, and enhance your employment legal knowledge and skills.

  • An interest in employment law, diversity and equality, and creating an inclusive workplace culture
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • An appreciation of the importance of confidentiality and discretion
  • The ability to manage and prioritise, meet deadlines, and undertake various administrative duties at once
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm with a drive to get involved and voice ideas
  • A willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team
