Job Description

To be considered for this internship, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Be an undergraduate studying at a University and applying for a Placement year in your 2nd or final year
  • Be graduating from your undergraduate degree in Summer 2025
  • Be looking for employment after completing A-Levels or equivalent course or an Apprenticeship

You will work as part of NBCUniversal's international Employment and Labour Law team, supporting the international Employment Law and Fair Employment Practices teams based in London.

This internship will provide you with a unique insight into NBCUniversal's varied portfolio of businesses, including corporate teams, News teams, and Film & TV productions.

You will work closely with specialist labour and employment lawyers advising on issues in the UK, EMEA, and APAC, and working on a variety of legal issues across the company's portfolio of businesses.

Responsibilities

This role will involve:

  • Coordinating Respect in the Workplace training across the UK and EMEA
  • Conducting and documenting investigations into workplace concerns raised by staff
  • Developing your knowledge and skills in employment law, diversity and equality, and creating an inclusive workplace culture
