Recruitment Coordinator

Gap Personnel South West is seeking a skilled Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Bristol. As an integral part of our branch, you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment efforts, sourcing candidates, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Campaigns: Draft and place adverts on job boards, social media, and job centres, ensuring compliance and professionalism.
- Candidate Sourcing: Approach candidates with courtesy and professionalism, maintaining excellent communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and SMS, ensuring client satisfaction and candidate engagement.
- Client Liaison: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and adhering to their needs.
- Recruitment Process: Pre-screen candidates, book interviews, conduct assessments, and ensure seamless communication throughout the process.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with candidates and the Gap network.
- Recruitment Media: Utilize all available recruitment media, including CV searching and social media advertising.
- Competitive Hourly Rate: £12.75ph
- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm: A stable and predictable work schedule.
