Recruitment Administrator

Join Gap Personnel South West in Bristol and take on a challenging role as a Recruitment Administrator.

This part-time position offers a basic hourly rate of £12.75ph and flexible working hours from 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our branch, answering phones, and sourcing candidates for clients across Bristol. You will manage recruitment campaigns, including social media pages, while building strong relationships with candidates and maintaining company values.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Drafting adverts professionally and compliantly, placing them with job centres, job boards, and social media.
  2. Approaching candidates with utmost professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent levels of communication throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Providing excellent customer service via telephone and within all email and SMS communications.
  4. Liaising with the network to gain a good understanding of client-specific requirements and adhering to them.
  5. Pre-screening candidates, booking them in for interviews, ensuring excellent communication throughout, interviewing, conducting client-specific assessments and inductions, and contacting on-site and branch network to seek orders.
  6. Building strong relationships with candidates and the gap network.
  7. Running recruitment campaigns to include CV searching and ensuring that all recruitment media available are utilized.
