Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Spa Manager to lead our Therapy Department at Warner Leisure Hotels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small team of therapists to provide exceptional spa experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the spa environment and treatment diary to maximize opportunities for guests to enjoy our facilities and services.
  • Lead a team of therapists to achieve departmental objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of spa services and promote cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our spa services remain competitive and of the highest quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in spa management or a related field, with a strong background in customer service and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of spa operations, including treatment protocols, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
