About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Therapist to join our team at Warner Leisure Hotels. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for managing a small team of therapists to provide exceptional massage, therapy, and beauty treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the spa environment and treatment diary to maximize opportunities for guests to enjoy our facilities and services.
  • Lead a team of therapists to achieve departmental objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet individual guest needs and preferences.
  • Monitor and manage costs to ensure the spa operates within budget.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a spa management or leadership role.
