Job Title: Behavioural Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Behavioural Support Specialist to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd. As a Behavioural Support Specialist, you will provide guidance and support to children with behaviour issues and require support throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioural support to children with behaviour issues
  • Work alongside class teachers, the SENCO and Senior Leadership Team
  • Create provisions to aid students with behavioural difficulties
  • Opportunities to shadow educational psychologists
  • Support children to achieve their full potential and overcome barriers

Requirements:

  • Must have a 2:1 or higher grade; Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Linguistics, Education degrees
  • Open to other degrees dependent on candidate
  • Relevant experience welcomed but not essential
  • Confident individual with a genuine desire to help others

What We Offer:

  • Full time role Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
  • Earn £500-£540 per week
  • On-site parking
  • Short walk to nearest train station
