Job Opportunity: Behaviour Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teach 360. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students who require additional support and guidance in a SEMH provision located in Guildford.

About the Role:

  • Assist students in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis, supporting their academic studies and promoting engagement.
  • Work with students who have mental health disorders, challenging behaviours, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
  • Run small groups to support students with needs, helping them integrate into the classroom setting.

Requirements:

  • Proactive, hardworking, and passionate individual with a DBS check.
  • Experience working in a school or school-like setting, preferably with students with SEMH needs.
  • Team Teach training is desirable.
  • Ability to start in September 2024 and commute to Guildford.
