Client Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Coordinator. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the support process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and resolve technical issues and support requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide proactive monitoring of systems and suppliers to identify potential issues
- Collaborate with resolver groups and suppliers to ensure resolution time is met
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on the status of their issues
- Engage with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure expertise in Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server & Desktop, SQL Server, and VMWare
- Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving skills with a strong analytical and trend analysis background
- Flexible approach to work with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Positive and professional attitude
- Experience in managing/troubleshooting Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server & Desktop, SQL Server, and VMWare
- Knowledge of Networking (DNS, DHCP, PING, TRACERT, NETSTAT, NBTSTAT, TELNET, FTP, FTPS, SFTP)
- Desired skills in Microsoft System Centre, SharePoint, and other Microsoft solutions
- Experience working in a pressurized customer-focused Service Desk within an ITIL-based environment
- Business to business (B2B) experience
- ServiceNow, Remedy, or a similar ITSM toolset experience
- ITIL Foundation (V3 or V4)
