Key Responsibilities:- Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and other related technologies
- Monitor systems and suppliers for potential issues and proactively identify solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our services and products to provide accurate and informative responses to customers
- Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving skills with experience in managing/troubleshooting Windows Desktop Operating Systems
- Experience in Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and other related technologies
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Positive and professional attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Microsoft 365 and/or Azure certification or studying towards Fundamentals level
- Previous experience working in a pressurized customer-focused Service Desk within an ITIL-based environment
