Front of House Manager

We are seeking a skilled Front of House Manager to join our team at Rotherwood. As a key member of our hotel complex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding our commitment to impeccable service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and train front desk team, concierge staff, and other customer-facing employees to maintain high service standards.
  • Liaise closely with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage, to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
  • Respond to guest concerns or complaints quickly and professionally to guarantee their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies that enhance guest experiences and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in hospitality or hotel management is required.
  • Strong understanding of front office operations, reservation systems, and best practices in customer service.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
