Job Overview

NRL is seeking a highly skilled Construction Cost Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Planning and Estimating: Develop and implement cost plans and estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Financial Control: Monitor and control project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that costs are kept within budgetary constraints.
  • Procurement and Contract Management: Provide procurement advice and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Cost Value Reconciliation: Develop and implement cost value reconciliation processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular financial reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction cost management and financial control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
