About the Role

As a key member of the Aftersales team, you will be responsible for maximizing workshop efficiency, ensuring industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction, and working closely with the Service Reception team to manage workshop capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize workshop efficiency by effectively utilizing resources and personnel to achieve high productivity levels.
  • Work closely with the brands represented to ensure exceptional customer care and satisfaction.
  • Determine daily workshop availability and liaise with the Service Reception team to manage capacity.
  • Maintain accurate progress information for each job to keep the Service Reception team informed.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Aftersales Manager to ensure a smooth dealership operation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of department administration and operational data, adhering to standards and dealership reporting policies.
  • Comply with employment, FCA, environmental, Health and Safety, GDPR, and Trading Standards policies and practices.
What We Offer
